How to measure
Bust/chest: holding the tape measure parallel to the floor across your back, measure your bust/chest at its widest point. Make sure not to pull tight, nor let the tape measure go slack - it should sit comfortably.
Waist: again, holding the tape measure parallel to the floor across your back, measure your waist - your true waist generally sits a couple of fingers width above your belly button. Once again, the tape measure should sit comfortably, neither too tight nor too slack.
Hip: The aim is to measure your hip at its widest point - for many people this may be slightly lower than you think in order to encompass the fullness of the bum. As before, ensure that the tape measure is held parallel to the floor, and is neither too tight nor too slack.
