Shipping

All made-to-order garments will be shipped up to 4 weeks after purchase, so please do plan ahead if you are purchasing for a special event.

All parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail.

UK orders - £10

EU orders - £20 - sent DDU (Direct Duty Unpaid): unfortunately we cannot yet pay customs charges and tax duties to EU countries upfront, therefore you as the customer will be notified by the local authorities once your parcel has arrived, and asked to pay the VAT and customs fee relevant to your country. Please note that failure to do this will result in your parcel either being held indefinitely, or returned to us, at which point we will be in touch.

USA orders - £25 + 12% of total goods value + postage, paid at the point of purchase, sent DDP (Direct Duty Paid)

Canada orders - £25

All other International orders - £35 - sent DDU (Direct Duty Unpaid): you as the customer will be notified by the local authorities once your parcel has arrived, and asked to pay the VAT and customs fee relevant to your country. Please note that failure to do this will result in your parcel either being held indefinitely, or returned to us, at which point we will be in touch.

Please note that ELSOM Clothing is not responsible for any additional customs charges, tax duties, or handling fees that may be incurred.

Returns 

Should you wish to return your garment, please get in touch at info@elsomclothing.com within 14 days of the item’s arrival to arrange accordingly. All items should be returned in original condition with any tags in place. If the item is deemed ‘worn’ or in unsatisfactory condition, you will not be entitled to a refund.

We can happily offer store credit or exchange, however please note that some of our fabrics are limited stock, and therefore may have sold out - you would be welcome to choose from any fabric currently in stock. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless your garment is faulty, in which case you will be entitled to a full refund.

International returns: Please note that all international sales are considered final, and are therefore not eligible for refund or exchange. This is due to taxes and customs duties that may arise during the process of returning your item to the UK.
